Common threads that can be read across the people who participated in this book are that music can take the listener, musician, or writer to places where words cannot completely express: moving us to spiritual heights unlike anything else we are able to feel as humans
Author: Reneau Peurifoy MA.
ISBN: 978-0-929437-16-3
In his most recent book, Reneau Peurifoy sheds much-needed light on the problem of human emotion. He brings a rational blend of theology and scientific psychology to explain why God gave us emotions.
This book is recommended for anyone seeking an
alternative to mainstream religion without going to Eastern concepts.
Students of religion and philosophy will find it also interesting

American born author Valerie Farber, who now makes her home in Hashmonaim Israel, has penned an absorbing novel that you can easily get lost in. She has accomplished this feat not just by weaving her City of Refuge: A Biblical Novel of the Ancient Past expertly, but also by constructing a time and place in such a way that we believe every detail of the landscape is real

I greatly enjoyed this book. I loved the daily prayers which were simple, perfect, and a wonderful way to connect to God before the start of each lesson. So many times we forget our daily prayers and the very small one in the book often leads to more discussion with God.

The Bible in all its splendor is not without its doubters. Many wonder if the true message has made it down to us in an unaltered form over these thousands of years. What if the truth was radically different, so different it contested the Bible at every turn? This is what readers face in The Night is Long.

Probably one of the most debated aspects of ‘The Shack’ is its challenge to the traditional perception of God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit through the personifications of ‘Papa,’ a large African-American woman; Jesus, an ordinary-looking Middle Eastern man and Sarayu, an ethereal Asian woman.

David Gelber’s ITP: FUTURE HOPE is such a strong thought provoking Christian Science Fiction novel that there is a danger in writing too much or too complexly about it.
Author: Karl Trautwein
ISBN-10: 0982027303
ISBN-13: 978-0982027301
There will be readers who see that the author has juxtaposed contrary verses from the Christian New Testament and this will take a bit away from Trautwein’s argument. But actually I don’t believe that the Christian verses are meant to do anything but to underline the starkness of the Quranic verses. The Islamic writings are clear enough on the subject. Do we accept the truth or do we hide our heads in the sand like an ostrich? This is the question Karl Trautwein forces you to confront.

I have to confess that notwithstanding that it takes some time to absorb all of the book’s material with its raw power and harsh originality, patient readers will find, as I have, that in the end it is all very beneficial and meaningful. In fact, by the time you’re done reading this intelligent narrative, you may even believe the Messiah interviews actually happened!
An indepth, thought-provoking description of how abuse occurs in a church environment, followed by easy to implement suggestions on how to resolve and minimise this abuse.

I had an affinity with this book. Alex Key has done his homework. His book, The Third Basic Instinct: How Religion Doesn’t Get You has a very powerful message delivered in a very straightforward way, citing examples from history, philosophy, popular culture and direct sources from the Bible, Quran, etc. I found the book fascinating in that the author tackled religious farce on so many different levels but always starting from a basic point: Our third basic instinct.
