Before the advent of the Internet, Bee had her first personal computer, and has been saving reviews on computer files ever since.
Her first reviews appeared in her high school and college news papers many moons ago.
More recently she has written reviews as a guest reviewer on various book blogs.
Professionally, she is a fundraiser for various non-profit organizations which entails a great deal of writing. Bee lives with her husband and two dogs.

Una MacCallan is tired. She's tired of hunting for mussels on the seashore of her small Scottish Island, and she is tired of struggling to make ends meet ever since the loss of her husband.
Not only is Una, herself facing difficulties, but her whole island has been experiencing a series of devastating events and losses for the past two decades. Only a few people on Selbane still have extra money to purchase the mussels that Una finds, but she continues to search for them, and it is in searching for them that she finds the island's salvation.
Ronan is a selkie, a creature that can go back and forth between a human form and a seal form, simply by removing his seal skin. Una is familiar with selkies from hearing stories about them as a child, but she had previously thought they were mere folklore. Now, she becomes aware that they are all too real, and, what's more, that Ronan may be the only one who can save her island.
Since Ronan is magic, Una figures that he might have some insight into what has been going on in Selbane and, as it turns out, he does. Ronan tells her that the island is cursed, but he insists that he has no idea how to lift said curse.
Despite this, Una steals and hides Ronan's seal skin, telling him that she will give it back once he helps to lift the curse. Of course, this starts out a wild and whirlwind romance for the two of them, as they begin to fall for each other and realize that there might be more between them than just a simple deal.
This book was filled with intrigue, magic and blazing attraction! I loved watching Ronan and Una's friendship grow as well as their romantic feelings. This was the perfect fall read for me!
