These include a detox plan each for diverse cases ranging from natural cosmetic skin and hair care, anti aging, sleep enhancement, massage therapy, meditation, romance, toxin elimination, stress relief, weight loss, overcoming addictions, boosting productivity, lifting energy levels, soothing allergies, improving digestion, strengthening the immune system, pain relief, curing infections, alleviating illness and even household cleaning. In all the above cases, the author provides detailed and clear cut instructions on how to prepare a mixture of these oils and how to use it to attain optimal well being on a particular front.
This ebook is chock full of information on how to use aromatherapy. It is, however a do-ing book. It has been primarily written in the form of a modern ebook, with the intent of giving out a maximum amount of relevant information using the minimum amount of space and without any “beating about the bush”. The personal touch is lacking. The author does not talk of her own experiences with the therapy, even as she mentions how to make the products and the procedures which she must have used in her work as a spa director. There are no anecdotes involving case studies, the information given here is for practical use, without trappings or lengthy explanations as to why a particular oil is used for a particular purpose.
Otherwise the book is eminently readable and will surely inspire at least one reader to practise this attractive method of healing.
