Dr. Jerry Pollock has managed to summarize his personal thoughts and opinions about some of the great theological questions of our age within the pages of one relatively small e-book, which is a huge task for a deep-thinking man of his stature. Telescoping down a universe of concepts must have been challenging for this author of PUTTING GOD INTO EINSTEIN'S EQUATIONS and many other books and plays. With Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Pharmacy, a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Israel, further training in Microbiology, author of 75 scientific publications, and Professor Emeritus at Stony Brook University on Long Island, Pollock is an ideal candidate to contemplate the big questions of our age. We are blessed that he has taken the time to record his thoughts.
“Over the years, I have progressed spiritually by following God’s Ten Commandments and becoming righteous in His ‘eyes,’ gradually improving my character to correct the wrongs that I caused. As best I can, I have tried balancing my ego with my desire to be connected to Heaven, as God becomes more and more the central focus of my being. I have experienced much in my life of 72 years. In the writing of this book, I’d like, as I stated, to bring you a fresh original look at who God is, how He has accomplished what He has, and what He has planned for us in the future.”
Dr. Pollock succeeds admirably in this new book. He claims that Divine Providence has been the great inspiration of his life, and this revelation radiates from every page. What readers will discover are the ideas and points of view that he has contemplated for a lifetime, as well as his recent discoveries that transpired during the years after the death of the great love of his life. Many sections of this book will prove to be fascinating to readers.
This book should be a must read for everyone that enjoys discussing the influence of God in all aspects of human life.
