In the Bible, it states in Ephesians 4:14 “… be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.” In The Message from God: Resurrect and Restore by Paul Anthony Zecos, the author presents his theories of the current world status in relationship to religions, kingdoms and society where we so often are carried to and fro by deceitful men.

This unnumbered but around one hundred and twenty page paperback book depicts a cloudy blue sky photograph against a white background on the front cover.  The back cover has some sentences from the contents inside.  There is a bolded statement at the beginning of the book stating you must be fifteen or older to read this book.  This is due to some of its subject matter on sex, innuendos and both abbreviated and non-abbreviated profane language.

The author, who is Greek and lived in Ethiopia for a while, studied engineering in Athens, received Master Degrees from Columbia and Harvard, had his own electronics business, being retired for twenty three years.

Zecos sets up the book by chapters but since there are no page numbers, one topic flows into the next.  The book is written more like a compilation of thoughts over the years and stated arbitrarily.  There is an undertone of a mocking female menace that questions what Zecos writes and taunts him with her wording as she gleans and preens herself.

The writer believes that “until there are Demilitarized, Disarmed Lands of God, destructive, deceitful and self-destructing huge hypocrites dominate, resulting in increasing torment by anxiety and suffering to all humanity.”  He feels that if we could give up our selfishness, love one another like Jesus does, pray, and stop being so hypocritical, we would improve society.

Mentioning the Bible from time to time, the book discusses random topics such as God’s Kingdom on earth, constitutional rights of God’s Land, sexual issues, misdirected celebrity popularity, Homer, education, and the Whore of Babylon.  He considers current solutions to America’s situation that include cutting taxes, cancelling the new benefits of Medicare and have the twenty five percent AMT tax expire.

Due to the multiple changing of fonts, sizes of letters, and words italicize, bolded or shaded along with the quick jump from topic to topic, this is a hard read that one would need to sit down with Zecos personally to understand more fully.
