Author Dee Davis has a BA in Political Science and History, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. During a ten-year career in public relations, she spent three years on the public speaking circuit, edited two newsletters, wrote three award winning public service announcements, did television and radio commercials, starred in the Seven Year Itch, taught college classes, lobbied both the Texas State Legislature and the US Congress, and served as the director of two associations. She’s won the Booksellers Best, Golden Leaf, Texas Gold and Prism awards, and been nominated for the National Readers Choice Award, the Holt and two RT Reviewers Choice Awards. To date, she has sold eighteen books and three novellas in contemporary romance, romantic suspense, and time travel romance including: Set-Up in Soho, A Match Made in Manhattan, Midnight Rain, Dancing in the Dark, Chain Reaction, Exposure, Enigma, After Twilight, and Just breathe. She’s lived in Austria and traveled in Europe extensively, and although she now lives in New York, she still considers Texas home.

After coming down off a high from a mission, Tyler Hanson seduces handsome British operative, Owen Wakefield, with no intention of ever seeing him again. But one of her A-Tac unit members has gone traitor, helping terrorists hijack a shipment of nuclear weapons. And who's brought in as a member of her team? None other than the sexy Brit. Despite efforts to keep her distance, Tyler finds herself breaking her rules and falling for Owen. And Owen isn't as he seems. Hiding his true motives and identity seems only the tip of the iceberg as witnesses start dying and evidence disappears. Owen and Tyler must work together to find the mole among them before a catastrophic disaster occurs.

This is Book Three in the A-Tac series, which is an elite CIA unit masquerading as faculty at an Ivy League college. Dark Deceptions and Dangerous Desires came before this book. It is not necessary to read the series in order, as these books are stand alone, but I suggest doing so as you'll get more out of the experience.

I love a book series that ends with a bang and not a whimper, which this one very much did. As with the first two books, the characters were charming, the action fast-paced, and the romance hot. This is an author who knows how to pace a book and add conflict. If you read the first two books, you won't be disappointed by the mole, either. Bravo! Recommended.
