Vishwa Prakash holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance and also runs a textile design firm with offices in Asia and New York.
He is a keen student of spirituality and a popular keynote speaker. He’s featured on various national and international TV networks. Currently, he lives in New Jersey with his wife and children.

The difference between the devil and Vishwa is simple enough. The devil is the one who is the angel of darkness, the antichrist, the profoundly evil adversary of God and a chief evil spirit.

Vishwa is confused and directionless in a world where good things happen to bad people and bad things to good. With this in mind, we turn the page and come to “A Dialogue with the Devil.”

The author tells us all about his spiritual awakening through a series of conversations between himself, and what we know as the devil. Through these discussions, the author takes us deep inside himself and tries to come up with answers to his dilemma.

These conversations are deep in meaning, value and reasoning. They also help to answer the questions you might have yourself but have never sought the answers to.
The author asks why do bad things happen to good people and why do we pretend to be someone we’re not? And for what good? Can fear affect our lives? Are we living in constant fear? The author reminds us fear is the devil talking. We must break free.
Every page is filled with dialogue and quotes from the well-known and the not so well-known. All quotes are equally deep in meaning and wise.

However, the question I ask is, do you have to be a “deep” and “spiritual” person yourself to appreciate fully the points which are presented to you?

The author talks of how he became a laugh doctor in India and had people crying with laughter. The devil disagrees with giving people joy. Why? Read on.
Vishwa discusses God, our creator. Again I’m sorry to say, but I became lost not in the book but in who/what God is and does God even exist beyond our perhaps overactive imaginations?

Good people always seem to end up the worst off, bad people always seem to end up rich and have good-luck. This is after all the way the world works and has done for many, many years.

Can we honestly become better people through our “relationship” with God? Personally, I don’t think it needs to take a “God” to make us better people. We are who we choose to be.

God is often used as a crutch. People rely on the notion of God to help them through the day or the hard times, just like those of us who need laughter or a chat with a close friend.
There may indeed be a God, but only in our minds. We can choose to believe, but we cannot know.

Vishwa thinks God exists in spirituality, repeatedly reminding us how and why. He thinks God lives also in our hearts. Is this really true? Not all of us think or feel the same. There are many skeptics who will probably argue my point of view against the idea there is a God. How will we really know for sure? Is there indeed a heaven? A hell perhaps?

If there is one then, just as this book seems to indicate, there is likely to be the other.

Whatever my beliefs one cannot argue that this book is presented well. It has a beautiful cover and pictures inside to help instill faith in all of us. The finishing touch of a ribbon which can be used as a place marker brings this together well.

A great book to read and enjoy, even if you are a little skeptical.
