.

Good day Tom and thanks for participating in our interview

Norm, no thank you.

Norm:

Could you tell our readers something about your educational and professional background?

Tom:

I’m a Small Business Owner for over 14 years with my two corporations; Platinum PEO Resources and The Profit Repairman.  Also, I am an Expert Business Analyst and Consultant, Business Book Author, Speaker, Radio Talk Show Host and Columnist for various media outlets.  Second as far as my education, I have been working since age 13, so to me, my best education is the school of hard knocks, but I am also a class of 92 graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. Indiana.

Norm:

How did you decide you were ready to write the book? Do you write from your own experiences? How did you come up with the title My Little Black Book To Success?

Tom:

I wrote the book because I care about small businesses and the crisis which is affecting them in every country, because they are the backbone of a country's economic and future growth, but so many of them never survive or even make a profit. I was only helping a few small businesses at a time and needed a larger platform to reach as many small businesses as I can.

Absolutely, I like the small business I help, practice what I write about daily.

I must tell you that this book started out as a little diary for myself, while working and consulting for various small and mid-sized businesses throughout the years and over the course of my life, the techniques and solutions I describe in my book, I have personally used, so it truly was “my little black book to success”

Norm:

What makes your book different than others that have been written about the same topic?

Norm:

Whom do you believe will benefit from your book and why?

Tom:

My book is dedicated and directed to 90% of all business owners and their associates worldwide that are considered small businesses and also to anyone who would like to be leader in life or business.

Norm:

What was the most difficult part of writing your book? Did you learn anything from writing your book and what was it?

Tom:

Learning how bad I used the English langue after having my editor at the Publishing Company that has a Master Degree in English, telling me all the rules of passive/active verbs and such that I was using incorrectly, HA.

Yes I did, every time I read my book for changes, proof reading and such, more ideas flowed out of my head on how to apply those principles contained my book to my own business.

Norm:

Do you feel that most small and mid-size business owners don’t use their imagination when it comes to effectively operating their businesses?

Tom:

Yes, but at times it is not their fault, because small business owners have to multi-task a lot, because of this, they get so wrapped up in the running of the business that they forget to open their minds to new ideas and build upon them.

Norm:

 What are you upcoming projects?

Tom:

I have a series of webinars on the Business Expert Webinars website that I am conducting, consulting on an on-going basis for multiple clients, always tweaking my own business model, putting my thoughts on paper for my second book and at the end of the day, dedicated to my mission of increasing the success rates of small businesses.

Norm:

Where can our readers find out more about you and your endeavors?

Tom:

The best way is my website, TheProfitRepairman.com once there, you can sign up for a free weekly E-zine, listen to former Radio interviews, purchase my book and also learn about the mission and why I care so much about it.

Norm;

Is there anything else you wish to add that we have not covered?

Tom:

I would like for everyone to remember that the difference between success and non-success is in an individual’s ability to believe in themselves as their own element of change and the daily commitment of that individual with that knowledge of success to execute those changes.  So, take action and continue your leadership-driven attitude in your life and career to propel your small and mid-sized businesses’ success.

Thanks once again and good luck with all of your future endeavours

Norm, Thank you for taking your time today as well, and I always, say, luck not needed, just hard work.
