Win, Win, Win is very much a book that challenges this subject. Just how have successful companies managed to ensure a positive outcome? Author Brian D. Molitor attempts to explain this to the reader.

I liked how Molitor began the introduction saying this world measures itself in terms of winning or losing.

For instance, have you ever noticed how appealing it is to watch quick video clips of winners who have snapped up a lotto jackpot of say, two million dollars? Instantly, our attention is focused on these individuals and we can’t help but fantasize - what if it was me? This section tells us a lot and it’s only the introduction!

Part one focuses on laying what is called a foundation for success - Molitor reveals the secret ingredient for successful changes.

I think ideas such as these can help people with just about anything. Maybe they don’t even need to be business related? Say you need to know a way which can result in helping people work efficiently together - I’d recommend you read a division in this book called The Power Agreement

I read this and really enjoyed it. I’ll certainly try these methods out to see if they work!

I think Molitor is an astute individual - he has some very clever ideas that stand out. Perhaps, if you have a class of students and there is some sort of disagreement you could actually put  Molitor’s words of wisdom into practise.

Chapter Three  is worth reading concerning Customer Service, if you need to improve your approach in this area.

Molitor points out a valuable lesson that if you combine customer service together and examine these words closely and really think about what they mean you are on your way.

I’ve simply lost track of the number of times I’ve been “the customer” and received pretty shoddy service. It is never wise to lie or deceive the paying customer because after all they are the ones who keep your business or company afloat.

And remember they can always take their custom elsewhere if they think you are not being honest and providing enough information.

Other chapters and parts of this book include challenging rules for motivation, strength and weaknesses, foundation and many more subjects with which Molitor helps you with.

All of these can help your company so much  - you just need to spend time reading this business gem. Discover the secrets within.

With the pages are small tales from experiences the author has seen happen in work places. Learn from  these tales and make your company happy.

This book aims to help you set the course for a better future and help leaders know how to tackle just about any problem that may come up. I’m sure it will provide such useful help to many.  The future is a happier place for all with this business/advice bible.
