Publisher: Career Press

Susan Friedmann is a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional). She is an internationally recognized expert and how-to-coach, who specializes in the trade show and meetings industry. Susan is a insightful speaker who offers high content with enthusiasm and style. She has written 12 books, many of which have been translated into several languages. Susan has had many, many clients over the years from American Express to International Spa Association.

Currently she is a National Board Director of the National Speakers Association.

Susan used to live in London, England and in her spare time enjoyed hiking and works as a literacy volunteer.

Friedmann says this book is an absolute treasure trove - I couldn’t agree more! Every chapter is packed with information written in a way that is easy to understand.

In chapter one Friedmann shares her career story with us. I found it interesting to learn where she went wrong - if you read this it’ll ensure you don’t end up making the same mistake.

Also included is a “Nichepreneur Quiz” for you to fill out. Questions include, “do all your peers call when they have questions for you”?  If not, you may have a problem. If you want to be a nichepreneur then don’t worry. I’m sure if you take the time to absorb Friedmann’s advice you will learn the key to becoming one.

There are two more chapters to help you further. Excellent.

Why should I become a nichepreneur, I hear you ask. Well it’s easy and it pays! Don’t be a goldfish, make up your own mind and have some independence.

Have you ever noticed how “experts” appear on TV  to promote their passions? It pays according to the University Middletown Media Studies. Why, how? Read on.

Success as a Niche depends upon your ability to differentiate yourself from the generalist service professionals.  This basically means standing out from the crowd. To do this you have to read Friedmann’s book and NOW.  Time is very much essential if you’re involved in a career or business.

5 simple steps to become a NITCHE include Needs, Challenges and Help. Read this and achieve success.

Friedmann  adds that for success you have to have a good name for yourself. Here she gives us the steps to finding a name.

I’ve read a lot of these types of books - they all seem to say the same thing. Do this to get to this stage and so on, quite often repeating themselves. However this one is slightly different which I find refreshing.

It gives us a 7-step plan to follow, rich in words and advice.

Friedmann’s easy steps to making it big in the market are helpful to business people and entrepreneurs alike. Also this is a fun book with lots to fill in and read - packed with great ideas. A must-have for most people I’m sure.

An attractive cover also helps - Friedmann shows us she uses her own tips too and makes presentation work for her.

At the end of this fantastic business-book are website resources listing blogging sites as well as workshops and seminars.

Friedmann has taken a great deal of effort in her work on this book and it shows. If everyone followed her advice we’d probably be millionaires by now.

So don’t be a goldfish, move on in the circle of life.

article 1001 Ways To Market Your Books: 5th Edition by John Kremer
Can you imagine a book entitled 1001 Ways to Market Your Books? At first I was doubtful that any author would be able to realistically provide a guide that would contain 1001 ways to help you market your book. However, after reading John Kremer’s extensive guidebook, 1001 Ways To Market Your Book-5th Edition, my doubts were tossed aside and in fact I would have to admit that the book would qualify as recommended reading for a college level course. As the author mentions in the introduction,...
