The Soul of Success: A Women's Guide to Authentic Power
Author: Jennifer Read Hawthorne Publisher: Health Communications, Inc ISBN: 0-7573-0236-X

The following review was contributed by Tami Brady & CLICK TO VIEW Tami Brady's Reviews Often, we define success by how much money we have in the bank and the quantity of material possessions we have. We endlessly drive ourselves towards these objectives thinking that all our problems, insecurities, and life issues will be solved once our financial goals are met. We don't even think about what we lose and ignore in such attempts.
The book The Soul of Success: A Women's Guide to Authentic Power contains the stories of twenty-seven women who have defined and fulfilled their individualized vision of success. Many of these women attained their financial goals only to realize that money and material possessions weren't the answer to their problems. Only then did these individuals realize that they had something more valuable to give to themselves, their families, and the world than money- themselves.
This book is inspirational and thought provoking. The stories contained in The Soul of Success are frank, open, and honest giving the feeling of sharing secrets with your best friend or your sister. Moreover, all of the lessons learned in these stories are relevant and realistic, even in our chaotic modern world. Curl up with a nice hot cup of tea and be prepared to laugh, cry, and begin to awaken to who you are and how you will define your success.

Is success the preserve of college grads?
Success is a real attention grabber, not only as a
human condition but also as a subject for discourse,
and the reason is not unconnected with the fact that
it is everybody's desire. Everybody wants to be
successful in life, but not everybody thinks, speaks
and acts towards success, which explains why some
people are successful and others are not.
