Do you long for positive change in your life? Does you life seem out of control? See no light at the end of the tunnel? Well, stop and re-take control of your life and live it the way you have always wanted to. When traditional methods like the classic "New Year’s Resolution" fall short of success, many of us just give in to failure. Stop, Drop, and Re-Balance will lead you on a journey of self-discovery that will make rebalancing your life not only successful, but fun.

This book is broken down into eight workable, short phases that tackle all the steps necessary to regain control of our lives and create the positive changes we long for. Paul Frazer has taken his passion for helping others on the road to self-renewal.  He has done this with gusto and determination without losing the realization, that we are all only human. In a relatively short book, Frazer encompasses the most important aspects that will work, as long as we have the desire and will to try.

This reviewer especially liked the fact that Mr. Frazer set apart areas of the text for quick reference that we can easily refer back to. Stop, Drop, and Re-Balance is also a workable manual that puts each key principle directly to use. I know that I will be rereading this one!

Balance Diet (10 Steps to Weight Loss Freedom) Author: Kevin JonesISBN: 978-0-9768998-3-9 The title is catchy in the sense that it gets read as FAT Balance Diet and almost all the struggle of those who are trying to lose weight is with the fat in the body. And it is applied to Food and Exercise, the two key factors that affect our intake and...

The following review was contributed by: NORM GOLDMAN EDITOR OF BOOKPLEASURES “To thine own self be true.” How often have we heard this famous Shakespearean quotation? Did we ever stop and think about it for a moment- probably not.
