Great Free Offer To Authors!

If you write fiction or  creative nonfiction, you might be interested in the following free offer from Chris Roerden, author of DON'T MURDER YOUR MYSTERY and recipient of the Agatha Award for Best Nonfiction Book.

The success of this mystery edition led her publisher to ask Chris for a second edition for writers of all genres. Titled  DON'T SABOTAGE YOUR SUBMISSIONS,  it will feature up to 140 new examples of effective fiction techniques to take the place of examples reviewed in the first edition.

You are invited to submit up to three excerpts from your work in any genre, published or not, that demonstrate any of the specific writing techniques that she advocates, based on her 43-year career as an editor. Only positive examples will be published.

No payment or fees are involved and no purchase is necessary, because Don't Murder Your Mystery can be requested from your public or university library. This book not only won the Agatha Award for Best Nonfiction but also was a finalist for ForeWord Magazine's Best Book of the Year award (in the Reference category), and is a nominee for both the Anthony and Macavity awards for Best Nonfiction Book.

The Macavity is voted on by members of Mystery Readers International, the largest organization of its kind in the world.
