Everything about this charming book is delightful to read and browse through. It takes an intimate look at the most ironic sirens in history and offers knowelage no woman can resist. It is “simply irresistible.” 

As soon as I opened the book, I was hooked. This is such a fascinating look at our icons of bygone days and even “sirens” of today. I had as much pleasure looking through it as I did the reading part. These sirens are well covered featuring names all should be familiar with such as: Coco Chanel, Cleopatra and Camilla Bowles. Photographs are beautiful and some of the artwork inside you should recognize such as the painting of Queen Elizabeth the first.

All throughout this attractive book it provides you with the “feel-good” factor. It helps to empower us women and to feel feminine and irresistible to the opposite sex. It is easy-reading and can be appreciated fully on an afternoon with tea and cream scones. 

There are numerous quotes inside from our sirens of history, one from Isak Dinesen who was supposed to have said: “Man and woman are two locked caskets, of which each contains the key to the other.”

This how-to- manual is beautifully set out using a lovely typeset. The keen attention to detail and formatting makes this stand out from all others as a very professional and perhaps a classic read.
