The Spirit Within: Spiritual Teachings from Gregory Haye contains a series
of spiritual and life musings of the channelled spirit Gregory Haye. Gregory
was born in 1705 in England. Though his family were poverty stricken
labours, Gregory received some basic education from monks at a local priory.
This young man's life was cut short when he was only eighteen and a half
years old. After his death, the spirit began to build upon his education and
became part of the White Cloud Group, a group of spiritual entities whose
purpose is to educate and encourage love, harmony, and unity.

The Spirit Within: Spiritual Teachings from Gregory Haye covers a wide
variety of topics including but not limited to the spirit with; death; fear
and doubt; duty of care; balance and harmony; and faith and truth. Each of
these topics is examined in some detail in a very straightforward and
somewhat poetic way. Furthermore, that knowledge and advice given in each
section is related directly to daily life in the modern world and to the
lives of individuals within this world.
